Using this website and creating a booking means you accept these terms. These terms exist to manage capacity, prevent time conflicts, and provide consistent service.

1) Service definition

The website is used to book and manage appointments. Website content is informational and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

2) Booking and confirmation

- A booking is final only after payment is completed and the booking status is confirmed in the system.
- Each time slot has limited capacity and time-conflict checks are enforced server-side.
- If payment fails or the flow is not completed, the booking is not considered confirmed.

3) Payment and receipt

- Payments are processed through the payment gateway.
- After a successful payment, your receipt is available in your dashboard and may be needed for follow-up.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact details (phone/email) to receive booking-related messages.

4) Rescheduling

- Rescheduling depends on available capacity.
- For rescheduling requests, contact support so feasibility can be reviewed.
- Close to the appointment time, rescheduling may be limited or not possible.

5) Cancellation and no-show

- Cancellation can disrupt scheduling; refund/cancellation rules depend on circumstances and remaining time.
- If you do not attend at the scheduled time, the session may be considered missed and any compensation depends on internal policy and future capacity.

6) Late arrival

- If you arrive late, session time may be reduced to avoid impacting other bookings.
- If the delay is significant, holding the session at the same time may not be possible.

7) Account responsibilities

- You are responsible for keeping your username/password confidential.
- Activity performed through your account is attributed to you unless proven otherwise.
- Using false information, impersonation, or disrupting the service is prohibited.

8) Acceptable use

The following are prohibited:
- Attempting unauthorized access to protected sections or other users' data
- Sending malicious content, spam, or attempting to disrupt the system
- Reverse engineering, exploiting bugs, or bypassing limitations

9) Limitations

- We aim to provide a stable service, but outages, gateway errors, or issues outside our control may occur.
- Medical or emergency decisions should be handled through appropriate urgent channels and must not rely on online booking.
